2. Commercial Income-Producing Properties
The group owns and manages a portfolio of income-producing
properties in Alberta and Saskatchewan.
In addition, the company manages a number of other
commercial properties on behalf of a number of select,
entrepreneurial clients.

David N. Murphy, MBA
David Murphy is a resident of both Calgary and Vernon.
He has been involved in real estate finance and development
for over twenty years. After receiving his MBA from
McGill University with a concentration in Institutional
Finance and Real Estate, Murphy went straight into
the world of real estate finance. His first several
years were in the Commercial Banking industry in Toronto
where he sharpened his knowledge in the financing
side of many real estate development equations. Murphy
then joined one of his Morguard clients--Seaton Development
Limited--as VP Finance, where he remained for ten
years prior to moving to Calgary. In Calgary, Murphy
directed the creation of two privately held real estate
companies - Allied Capital Properties Ltd. and Allied
Crowchild Holdings Ltd. In 1999, Murphy founded CapRate
Commercial Properties Inc., which trades publicly
on the TSX under the symbol CMN. In 2005, 'Caprate'
was taken private and Murphy formed Foxbridge
Development Ltd. The corporate offices are

Douglas S. Frey
Douglas Frey is a graduate of the University of Alberta
and has an extensive background in real estate finance,
most notably with Morguard Investments where he held
progressively responsible positions servicing pension
fund investments in commercial real estate. Thereafter,
he was Vice President - Operations with a publicly
held property management and development company.
He held that position for eight years and was responsible
for acquiring and operating an international real
estate portfolio exceeding 8,000 residential units
with a value exceeding $700 million. Doug holds the
position of Vice President of Acquisitions and is
a board member.
